Kiki the Wonder Dog… I’ll Miss You….

Short and sweet and unlike my usual non-diary-like posting but Kiki the Wonder Dog, the best Rat Terrier and companion I’ve ever had, died last night after a tear occurred in her kidney and filled other areas with fluid and pus. She was put down to avoid pain. This is the first I’ve felt like posting today and I may not post again until Tuesday so I wanted to let folks know what was up. The DAS will continue to run as normal.

She looks so alert and intelligent in the photo - what a wonderful portrait and way to honor her memory. Heart felt condolences.

I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. My dog is 12 and I can’t even fathom the thought that she might not be here one day. I know it’s going to be devastating when it does happen. Take all the time you need and talk about her a lot-I heard that helps. Hope you feel better soon…

((hugs)) My condolences, Keith…I know I gripe about my little mutt all the time, but he’s definitely family to us, as Kiki was to you. You’re in my thoughts and prayers!
