What is your shop?
Lindentreephotography (http://lindentreephotograph.etsy.com)

What is your art/craft?
I am a photographer. I use my original photography to handmake cards. I specialize in animal portraits although I do have some floral and landscape shots too.

Describe your style in 2 words:
Fun, colorful

What is your favorite piece and why?
I love the animal images. I love how I am able to capture the personality in a dog’s face or the wisdom in an orangatang’s eyes. Probably my very favorite is a shot I took of a chihuahua wearing Doggles (dog sunglasses). I love it because everyone who sees it giggles and it makes me feel good that I can add a bit of silliness to someone’s day.

What is the most memorable piece of advice you’ve ever received?
To believe in what I do.

What is the one piece of advice you’d give?
Love what you do. And don’t get too hung up on what other people think about your work. Listen to the advice and criticism but remember that its your art and not theirs. Ultimately its your choice only whether to change a component or not.
